This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, the pages you requested and your browser type. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
The contact form
When you send the contact form, your name, email, organisation and message are emailed to us so we can reply. The form does not store them on the website. To stop repeated automated messages, the site briefly keeps a scrambled record of how many messages came from your connection in the last hour.
We use your details only to reply and, if you become a customer, to provide your licence and support. We don't sell or share them.
The Gatecraft software
Gatecraft runs on each organiser's own server. Ticket buyers' details are held by the organiser running that event, under the organiser's own privacy policy, and are not sent to us.
